About Us

Natural Bodycare Educator Tara Holguin is deeply passionate about sustainable living and loves sharing her extensive knowledge through books, consultations, and workshops.

Tara became recognized as an expert in her field while operating four natural bodycare retail stores in Toronto - Green + Frugal. There she offered affordable, research-based natural products that she personally formulated, along with bulk bodycare ingredients and hands-on workshops. Many customers traveled long distances for her affordable effective products and to learn from her expertise.

After closing her stores, Tara realized that bodycare education was where her heart truly lay—and so, Green + Frugal Creations was born. Today, she continues to inspire and empower others to live more sustainably through accessible, practical learning for all levels.
